I would have given them 5. They've always been kind and responsive. The lack of star 5 is because they didn't hang up the phone properly and after a couple of times asking the 'english as a second language's clerk to repeat herself I heard her laugh with a co-worker repeat my second question for clarification. I went in and complained to management. Now every time I go in I'm addressed with respect on a first or 'Mr. ****. The manager apologised profusely. I'm still going back. Think: "Signfeld Korean Manicurist" episodes.

Great service. Actually had two associates helping me find products. Haven't had that kind of service even at Nordstroms!

I forgot to pick up my prenatal vitamins this afternoon, it is now 7PM, so I googled, " Rite Aid pharmacy hours in Lynnwood, WA" and the hours stated they were open until 10PM. I thought that was super convenient, so I got out of my warm house to drive to the Rite Aid to pick up my prenatals only to find out the pharmacy is closed! My question, why would the hours for the pharmacy state they were open to 10PM if they are not? I suggest that the pharmacy updates their hours online to prevent future inconveniences for their clients.
