The pharmacists greet us by name even when we are not there to pick up refills. That personalized service is a nice touch for a busy store.

Will not go back to the store. Can't get out of the store without being harassed to get a rite aid card. Part of the convience of going to a drug store is that it is convient. It takes an extra five minutes just to convice the person i don't want a rite aid card. For the love of god please change your policy. I understand that it is the person's job... but it's not about the people that work there it's the company or regional policy to push the card. It's terrible and it's directly effecting the customer experience in a negative way!

This is the best drugstore ever! The entire staff at checkout really knows their product. Great customer service on every visit.
