Today I went to the Rite Aid Pharmacy Drive thru and I asked the lady after I waited about 10 minutes if they had cream I needed for the kids (it is a behind the counter cream). She literally turned around and asked the guy in charge if they had any (I could t hear her but I'm assuming that's what she did) then quickly turned back to me and said "I'm not sure".......... 🤔 I looked at her confused and replied "your not sure? Can you ask who's in charge?" And she replied "he's not sure either"...... so I looked at her like she was stupid and I drove off. I literally drove away because if I had replied to her I would have probably ripped her a new one. Are you kidding me? Why didn't she get off the chair and actually physically check?! 🙄😠

Terrible customer service with the manager in the pharmacy. She doesn't want to help you with anything. Lazy. Needs to be fired. She doesn't have the personality for customer service.
