Always long lines and lazy managers.  Went in 30mins before they were closing for a propane exchange and said they were out.  They have two propane lock ups outside which I could clearly see new tanks in both of the locked Ups

I usually love Rite aid stores, but this store in my experience of coupon shopping has been the worst ever (I made 2 visits in a 12 mo period) and they're still the same. I usually go into a Rite aid store to coupon shop about once a week and I have never felt this awful after leaving a store.  The cashier was very condescending, telling me how my purchases could not be done, quoting a coupon policy, not even the manager was able to pull up on their own web page, but since she said it in a nice tone of voice she was able to excuse herself as not being the bad guy, to her manager which of course tried to make excuses for her too. . ***IF YOU USE COUPONS DON'T GO TO THIS STORE*** The manager said would coach his employees to do better.... We'll see.

Everytime I go to this Rite Aid I always get greeted with smiles, in the Pharmacy my prescriptions get filled without any hassles. The pharmacists always help me, and the staff in the pharmacy are always friendly and courteous. In fact one time my doctor wrote me a prescription and the strength was too high, and it interacted with my other medications. The pharmacists there saved my life. I will always be a Rite Aid customer thanks to this pharmacy.
