The store is great. The pharmacy is the worst. This is my last time here. Of the 4 times I have been here the prescriptions are either not filled yet or need to be ordered. Then when I wait for the ordering and come a day after, they still have not filled it. Then tell me wait 20 min or so. And then put me at the back of the line for the pharmacist to fill. I have already been waiting days. I am writing this because now it has been 35 min. And still not filled. I will be going elsewhere. Sad because I love the store part.

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY! On several occasions now, we have had scripts called-in for simple things like antibiotics and steroids (comes in a box meaning there is no preparation necessary), and have waited up to 6 HOURS before going to pick them up and they are NEVER ready!

Nope, nope, nope...just go some where, anywhere else! I have visited this place three times. Each time trying to pick up a prescription each time leaving empty handed, sick, and utterly angry! It was easier to have my Dr call another pharmacy. Rite Aid needs to seriously think about retraining their people or just start with a fresh batch.

I have had numerous negative experiences with the employees and it always leaves me wondering why I return. Then there are the diamonds in the rough, like Ashley in the pharmacy. A majority of my experiences have had the excuse of "I'm new" or "Sorry, they just started" so I'm guessing the turn over rate is terrible. But the facility itself is well kept and I have never experienced them running out of anything.

Oh my God the worst experience do not shop here! My husband and I went to this store earlier today. I was not feeling well and needed cough drops and pain medicine. My husband decided on this horrid place. From the second that we walked in the store we were given dirty looks, eyeballed and followed around the store by a caffeine addicted employee that appeared to be a supervisor or manager of some sort. She didn't seem to do much but stare at certain customers while chewing on something in her mouth. Then she would run off to a room near the cashier's area and come back out in like 2 seconds chewing again. After we collected what we came there for and a few extra things that we really didnt need we went to the front of the store to pay for our items where there was one cashier by herself. She asked us if we had a points card. We pulled it out to give it to her and she said that one doesn't work anymore. I said why doesn't it work she says do you have a different card. I'm thinking what the hell is going on here I've always used this card here. Then up pops the caffeine supervisor again that's been scowling at us. She comes and stands near the cashier that is attempting to ring us up not saying hello to us or anything just staring at my husband and I like we stole something. So a light bulb goes off in my head and I say is there a new card then the cashier says yes and walks away and comes back with the new card application in her hand. I'm thinking why didn't she just say that in the first place. I'm in a lot of pain. So I say well I will apply for it if it will save us money. She asks if I have time I say yes. My throat and chest are killing me so I'm talking but not very loud. Also I don't like giving out personal information at the cash register. The whole time that this is going on the supervisor is burning holes into my face and my husband's face just staring at us. She never greeted us aknowledged our presence or anything just stared directly at us the whole time we were in the store. I didnt notice it at first but my husband did. I never even saw her blink once. She was so close to us at the front of the store if she reached her arm out she wouldve touched me. I'm looking around feeling embarrassed, other customers are walking around like lost children looking for their parents. I looked at my husband who was beginning to get very upset by the way we were being treated. I say to him let's just go, he says ok. Then I say to the cashier you know what never mind we don't want these things. She says that's why I asked you if you had time. I don't care what the hell she asked me or why, I have a right to change my mind at any point! We just left the store and went over to Target to spend our money. I will NEVER shop at Rite Aid ever again. Rite Aid lost two long time customers today due to racial profiling. I will make my family and friends very aware of the change in customer service at this store.
