terrible experience. called to ask if the photo kiosk was working to insure I could get my photos.  She said yes.  Looking on line for coupons and found six coupons from Rite Aid for the month of March 2017.  Hit the print button and only two of the six printed.  Took a screen capture of all six coupons and took with me to the store.  First off, the CD of my photos did not load.  No photos.  Then I told the manager on duty that the web site with the coupons was not working as well as the error on the printing of the two that did print out.  Gave her the copies and she said she can't do anything about the web site.  I asked she tell her manager and thought to suggest she call or msg corporate of the issue.  She took the papers I had printed up and as she walked away, she torn them up.  She had no intention of every caring about her store or its image.  I asked her since I heard them tear and asked if she was going to follow-up and she said we can't do anything about the web site and I am the manager on duty.  Not a good manager to tear up the info I gave her in front of me as well as not care at all about following up for the good of the store. I doubt the store manager would be happy about this kind of manager in his store.  I thought this was rude and she was NOT busy at all on a Sunday evening. Went to CVS and got excellent service and helpful people.  Never going to Rite Aid again.

Their pharmacists are really friendly and can take time out to speak with you for what you need. I had a situation a while back in which I needed to speak personally with a pharmacist. She took time out to speak with me and she did not rush things.
