Lethargic employees, whom would rather gouge their own eyes out then be the least bit helpful or friendly in accordance with universally accepted transactions of commerce. There are no formal lines at check out, just a hoard of customers, each trying to define some sort of ambiguous line hierarchy. Apart from the pharmacy there seems to be only one employee actively working the entire store for any length of time. A "prison mentality" or one of lost hope seems prevalent among this cast of losers. Rite-Aid it's time to take a long swim in "lake you".

They close earlier than their stated hours. Now I am going to be awake all night in severe lower-back pain, because I was unable to pick up my prescriptions. This is ridiculous. Patients depend on being able to get their critically-important medicines, and base their pick-up time on posted store hours. They had clearly closed up shop and all gone home at least 10 minutes before the stated closing time. There were absolutely no phamacy employees left in the entire store, they had all clearly already left, and that was before the stated closing time had occurred. So I went up to the front of the store, and one of the two guys states that the time is 4 minutes later than it actually is, acting like a jerk and having no sympathy whatsoever, and offerring no alternatives for me to get my prescription. Now I will be left in crippling back pain for the next 14 hours. Rite Aid: Either (1) Keep the pharmacy open until at least THE minute of the stated closing time, or (2) Update the pharmacy hours published online and at the store.

       This is Mrs. Miller and in my opinion your pharmacists are the best ones in my area.  They are very helpful whenever I have questions or a special order that is needed.  Most of the cashiers at the front of the store are great as well.  Your store often has other items that I want and can't always find easily.   Occasionally there may be a clerk who isn't quite up to the usual standards the others set but everyone has a bad day now and again.  All in Rite Aid is the one I frequent most often.  I only hit the others if I cannot find something I want at Rite Aid.

Kevin is amiable and efficient, the other pharmacist are good but not as engaged with the customer. The techs run the gamut from kind understanding people to, what the bleep do you want. Go away!

Upside: Beer is cheaper here (sales on good beer)

Downside: loooooooooong lines. Also cold beer tends to run out!
