I always have to call over and over for my prescription to be filled, went in there today for my son medicine and they said it wasnt ready, i called my doctor, put them on the phone with him and they pulled the medicine from behind the counter. They give people the run around and they dont answer the phones when you call. This is my last time going there.

Manager didn't even try to help me find what I was looking for. She told me the wrong aisle and then when I went back and asked for assistance, she pretty much shrugged me off and went back to cleaning the glass for the tobacco products

The pharmacists don't use gloves when refilling bottles. The pharmacist touched her hair and answered phone calls, and then touch medications without wearing gloves. This is just unacceptable!!!

I order my mediation at 2pm and didn't receive a phone call telling me it's ready so I decided to call,no answer kept calling no answer finally got here and the pharmacist tell me we out. SMH stood there waiting for 30 more minutes for the pharmacist to check and see what other rite aid has it in stock.

It's usually crowded. Its even crowded 2am - 3am - 4am.... There is enough staff people just don't care to work the register...
