Sat morn and the dude acted like he didn't want to be there. No greeting, no smile, no thank you for using rite aid, didn't ask if he could do anything else...sucky people skills. Then when our drive through transaction was over, he put the phone on tube hook while I was still talking and walked away. I called him from their parking lot
And told him to his face the service was the poorest I'd ever received and that out didn't make me want to come back. Can businesses afford such unfriendly workers? He hung up on me while I was explaining the perspective I took away from this terrible experience. Yep, think I'll be using. Calhoun Drug from now on...Will treats me like family!

After driving through traffic for 45min I wanted to drop off a prescription at 8 only to be told I would have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. Walgreens had it done in 15 minutes. I will never use rite aid while I have a choice.
