Pharmacy is disappointing. For some reason they cannot seem to keep stock in certain medication even though I come in +\- a day every month for the same thing. After three emails to their corporate site asking what's wrong, and why they don't check stock and reorder I was told to call a week before I need my medication to see if it will be available. That seems strange. Why should I have to do their job for them? Things went well for about 6 months and calling a week early seemed to work because it gave them ample time to order things in. This month I asked 10 days prior if my medication would be available and they said yes, we will make sure we have it. Long story short they. It takes about 3 days to get an order in, and there's no shipping or deliveries on weekends. So if they are empty it could take almost a week to get medication if you go on a Thursday. The lady on the phone couldn't have been less helpful if she tried. She was just completely ignorant. She wouldn't even check other stores in the area to see if they had it. She also didn't mention anything about ordering it. Thankfully the pharmacy in Huntington Valley was much more helpful! They seem to have a top noch pharmacy staff even though it's about 20 minutes out of the way.

The pharmacy is the absolute best! So very helpful. Everyone is so nice. I have never dealt with a pharmacy that was so on point and will also go out of their way to make a personal connection with all their clients. The store is so clean and very organized. I love shopping here.

K bizzle and I have an identical complaint.. it was so nice to see that that giy Joe literally has done every one of those things to me from telling me im early when im not, condescending tone, refusing medication (i walked out of that location and drove down to huntingtin valley and got it filled minutes after joe refused) to tellinv me 15 mins and then having an attitude when after 30 mins i was askinh how much longer. It was so relieving to see someone else had a similar problem.

This review is for the pharmacy, in particular the one pharmacist Joe. Joe has refused to fill my prescriptions on more than 1 occasion for no reason other than that he doesn't want to have people wait for their prescriptions. He speaks condescendingly to me every visit.he has a holier than thou arrogance like he is the gatekeeper for all drugs. I have had to be without a very important scrip because of him and him alone. He tried to tell me I was 1 day early for my prescription and couldn't fill it however this was not true, in fact the month b4 I hadn't even filled it at that store. He disrupts people's lives just because he can. Iv been in line and overheard him telling customers that he didn't tell them it would be an hour and it wasn't ready yet,customer states that joe did in fact say come back in an hour and instead of quickly filling it, he sent them away and told them to try again in another hour. This is unacceptable. People need their prescriptions and in many cases it could be life or death but is always an inconvenience. This old arrogant, nasty attitude sorry excuse for a human needs to get the boot. I dread going there because of him
