Just a typical Rite Aid; nothing bad about the place.  Prescription prices tend to be higher than other pharmacies but the service is great and wait time is short.

The clerk at the checkout was pleasant today. That is not always so here. Maybe they are striving to improve.

The pharmacists were rude and incompetent. When I told the pharmacist that I had another prescription to be filled she told me I was wrong and that the doctor's office never sent it in. Except the doctor had sent it over and she just hadn't actually looked. I got the automatic phone call for the prescription being filled 10 minutes before their closing time, not enough time to actually get there to pick it up. This wasn't their first mistake and the pharmacy staff is consistently rude. I will not be going back.

One of the worse pharmacies ever! Numerous mistakes made on refills.  Being contacted and being told the prescription is ready when it is not.  Not being contacted at all when the prescription is ready.  If there is a way to screw things up, this place will do it.  I have switched pharmacies due to their incompetency.
