I'm able to get my medication filled here, so that's a plus. Beyond that, the only reason I go here is simply because of locational convenience. I have never been met with a smile, or even a tone of cheer when calling or visiting this pharmacy. When I call to refill, I am abruptly placed on hold before I can confirm whether or not I can wait. When I go in person, I generally have to wait 1-2 minutes before being greeted, as the employees are deeply involved in their gossip and must finish their conversations before addressing the customer (me!). This location would certainly benefit from some retraining on customer engagement.

Prompt filling of prescription transfer, drive thru wait time was reasonable, no problems. Open 24 hours, huge plus.

My pharmacy.....Always treated with a smile, service is great and take the time to listen. Open 24 seven, no worries.....Can get your prescription at anytime. Rest of staff, just the same.

Was left waiting for meds for 4 hours with constant back and forth with insurance, and when we decided to just pay out of pocket, they still said we had to get right ball into line while they process the medications

Sat in line for an extra 10 minutes while the girl at the counter bs's about personal issues with the person in front of me.
