Quick in and out with friendly staff

Stopped in quick to pick up some cleaning supplies. Seemed alright, nothing special.

The pharmacy employees should be: A) Trained properly in customer service. Enforcing positive attitudes, curtosy, and having the ability to communicate with consumers should be requirements in order to be hired/and or remain employed B) Fire the staff entirely and provide the pharmacist with some professionals Drive thru: 1) There is not a clear indication of which lane only accepts "dropping off" and "picking up". Most pharmacies with a drive through have clear visual signs that indicate the proper lane, or both lines have the ability to accommodate the needs of the customer 2) By finding out the hard way, the "drop off" window is closest to the building with the metal box that completes the transaction. Privacy does not seem to be a priority what so ever. Every time I pull through, there is always a receipt attached to a clipboard with someone else's personal information and signature. 3) The intercom system is horrible. It is extremely hard to communicate with the provider. If there is some question or a need to discuss information, please ask me to come inside. Do not talk about my medications or prescriptions. Both intercoms work for both windows. Again, zero privacy. 4) Questions should be well received. Please do not have the look of disgust and distain on your face. Please do stop talking with an attitude of entitlement and frustration. Stop over talking and stop talking loud enough for the entire line to hear our "conversation". Lastly, indications of medications becoming available or ready should be utilized. A text message, phone call, or an email stating "Rx ready" would be extremely useful.
