No paper in the printer for the receipt. Once there is paper in the printer, there is no reprint feature. They wanted to re-ring, void, return, etc, but I just wanted a receipt. At least the manager waited on all the customers lined up before she came over to assist the employee who really did not do anything but what she told him. I was half tempted to get a lawn chair to sit in but the register kept asking if I was over 65! All I really wanted were some eye drops, my Claritn, and Plenti points. The points were not worth it!
