How Rite Aid stays competitive it's a mystery. The Pharmacy Dept is a House of errors​. You call or use their stores app to make the process of checking out easier, But Nevermind it's a waste.
Constant errors, miscommunication, pharmacy employees are always busy yet no customers. Or better yet lots of customers waiting and no one shows face to help. Oh and checking out groceries in the pharmacy dept with a line for prescriptions Dept waiting, SMH there are check out in the front for groceries.
This place needs CORPORATE ASSIST Badly or move on.......
Sum up: These Rite Aide type of pharmacies are good for few things: Soap, candy, milk and AS SEEN ON TV products. There are not pharmacies that are consistent and serviceable to patients needing prescriptions in a timely manner. 
My advice: A Mom/Pop drug store offers better service and delivery in a timely manner.

These people need help in customer service skills. They need to slow down when answering the phone, take time and listen to questions being asked. Who does the training here? Care should be put first on the reputation of Rite Aid, rather than filling a spot!!
