If it is truly a policy that you can't have clothing over your face (and this has been a bitter cold week so far) while in the store, they (Rite Aid) should consider having signs indicating as such on the doors before you enter the building. I was just heading inside to get some brownies and I had an employee swoop towards me before I even began to look through the proper isle. His manner of attempting to explain to me that since it was a pharmacy for safety of the customers I couldn't have anything on my face was unnerving. I remember him saying it was for the safety of the customers multiple times and the experience had me feeling as though I was some thief. It was genuinely traumatic enough to have me shaking as I tried to explain the situation to the manager on duty. I usually NEVER think of complaining to a manager of anyplace if I've had bad customer service, but this experience was so disconcerting for me that I felt strongly to do so.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The cashiers at this store are miserable, pathetic excuses for cashiers. They're rude, they're smug and they don't care about their jobs in the slightest. Tonight, I went in to purchase bug spray, and I ask the one cashier (who doesn't have a name tag) where I can find it. He very rudely, says, "I don't know, go check aisle 16 or whatever...." I go check that aisle and the only thing that I can find is Raid... I go back to the counter, and ask again, where I can find bug spray (for people) and he very rudely answers, "I already told you, it's in aisle 16!" I say, "no it actually isn't, all you have back there is Raid!" Then this smart ass, says, "go into aisle 4, see, it's right there, right in front of you." Like seriously? CHECK YOUR ATTITUDE. And to the pathetic excuse for store management, that's running this store, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES, HIRE NICE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE THERE AND WORK. AND FIRE THIS SARCASTIC, RUDE, MORON!! Needless to say, I will not be visiting this store again, CVS is WAY better and actually has knowledgable, friendly staff who want to help you find what you need, WITHOUT SENDING YOU ALL OVER THE STORE TO FIND IT!

I honestly have no idea what other people are doing to get poor service but I've always been treated with nothing but respect from the folks at rite aid and it's my go to pharmacy for that reason.

One of those places you don't ever want to have to shop at but sometimes do. Long, slow lines and overpriced everything.

I really like this pharmacy. I've had a pleasant experience for the most part.... there was one time where I was trying to get my medication and the situation became stressful and I ended being the bad customer. But the pharmacist was really patient and nice through it all.
