Pharmacy is not open 24 Hours. The last 3 days I've tried to pick up my prescriptions that have been ready since Friday. Pharmacy will not give out prescriptions if the actual pharmacist is on lunch or break. Even if you have had the prescription before. Absolutely a major inconvenience.

I have been using this pharmacy for several months and they always manage to screw up. I have a rare neurological disorder which cause me to suffer from severe weakness and muscle spasms. I essentially survive by taking flexeril 2-3 times a day. My muscle spasms are beyond painful and I end up in the ER if I run out. They have consistently made it very difficult to get my refills on top of being incredible rude to me. One time they told me my flexeril was going to be ready in an hour and then when it was time to take it I realized I they gave me the Tramadol only. When I called they said, "The refill won't be available until the 5th."  Why the hell would they even say it would be ready??? Of course I flipped out because I had no choice to go to the ER again. 2 weeks later they have screwed up again even though my physician called it in yesterday. This place sucks and I never had this issue in LA. Switch to CVS...TRUST ME!!!
