This is a great convenience store and is open 24/7. Many items are available for reduced price. Use of Plenti card as well as weekly store paper with sale items, helps a lot to get items for cheap. However at times there are not enough sales associate to help the customers resulting in long wait time.

This store is VERY RACIST TOWARDS BLACK MEN! All the people working at the register are INDIAN WOMEN or from the middle east. FACTS! Explain to me why is this so? Every week it's some new policy of there's that just came into effect. I go to this store at least 4 times a week. I use my same Customer Discount Card I have been using for way over a year or more, I get a coupon to use on a next visit of 5 bucks, I come back to use said coupon on a purchase and they claim the coupon didn't match the account. Say what now? Then they tried to embarrass me in front of a line of people as tho I would try to sham them on a 5 buck coupon. Really now? 
I get it, anyone with common sense know Indians that come from India have a issue with African American people, that's your right to be a bigot. However, when the problem start is when you bring your racist views TO WORK! They are always giving me a hard time. They have it set in their minds ALL African American people are the same. Sorry to tell you sweetie, NO WE ARE NOT! 
I've already contacted corporate office and will continue to email them until someone gets back to me. I usually ignore bigots and allow them to roam around this world being who they wanna be, but nah, I spend my money in Riteaid and simply had enough of them women who work at the register treating their own kind with respect but treating BLACK MEN like we are scum! No more! 
If I didn't like RiteAid and it was near my gym I would truly NEVER walk in that building again. They all should be ashamed of themselves. 2017 and people still dealing with some form of racism. 

I'm positive nothing will change. They can careless how they treat anyone outside of their own.

pharmacy rude staff  very slow refuse to make order  for my medicine (just have one answer we don't have try anther pharmacy ) and staff unfriendly!!

Manager randy is uneducated about her own stores policy. She is unfit to be a manager if she can't even understand her own store policy. She first started by saying that we don't accept coupons. Then changed it that we don't accept more than 4 coupons when the policy says they can't accept more then 4 LIKE COUPONS. Which means u can use several different coupons but u can't have more than 4 of them be the same coupon. I won't be going to this rite aid again
