Don't know about other reviews here but i only have positive experience in this pharmacy. Marie has been very accomodating and everyone as well including the pharmacist Dang. They always have a service with a smile. If i request for something urgent they gladly oblige. Kudos to all of them!

Just got home from a very appalling "customer service" experience. I have previously came to this Rite-Aid numerous times as it is only 5 minutes from my house and I have only had good experiences till tonight. My shopping went without any trouble, no one asked if I needed any help. Went to the cash register to pay and I was looking at something behind me while I was holding up an Easter basket that was too big to fit on the counter. I was interrupted mid thought with the man forcefully grabbing my Easter Basket and scanning the item. It shocked me because I did not disrespect this man in any way. I didn't even get to say hello before he snatched my basket. I don't care if you've had a rough day, you work in a customer service job, see to it that you do that to the up most standard. If it means anything, his name is Tyler and he is a Caucasian male with a scruff. Mid 20s or so.

Ana marie or something ending in marie was very rude at the pharmacy window. Had a very rude attitude, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her while I was trying drop my prescription off. Doctor made a mistake and sent my prescription to the wrong rite aid which I called and tried to fix but she continued to be short, disinterested and very impolite. Did not enjoy my first visit to this pharmacy . I proceeded to call an hour later to check on my prescription same lady answered. Same horrible attitude on the phone .
