I had called several hours in advance to pick up my kids med.. but as usual they are not ready..
I don't know how many times I requested medication to be ready on the day it's supposed to be.. 
but again... 
It never is..

Very very bad customer service and prescription refill speed is very slow comparing to other pharmacies. These people take over 4 to 5 hours to get your prescription ready and they say they will call you or text you once it's ready but they never do and guess what you end up going back to the store again after waiting for thier calls or text. And when you get to the store they still tell you it's not ready for another 5 minutes. Wow. What a lame azz customer service. I hope they make some changes and fix this issue soon.

Wow took more  4 hrs to fill my rx and still I haven't gotten a call. Dr sent the rx at 4pm, took me an hr to get to the pharmacy and then to tell me I'm not in their register. Then  later told me it be 2 another hrs long but could get me fill in 45 mins. Past 1 hr and I decided to call them before heading bAck there and to tell me again it won't be ready for another hr. I cannot sit or  stand too long and driving back and forth it's not going to make anything Better for me.  I'm in pain. Going to get my rx somewhere from now on. Smh

Always friendly and helpful. Riteaid accepts more insurance plans than other pharmacies, that's why they are so busy (for those leaving certain reviews)

Dr sent electronic RX at 11:45 am today.
I tried to pick up at 01:55pm - Not available yet. Can you come back? Sure, I'll come back before you close @ 10:00 pm, I see your kind of busy. 

Now I'm here At 8:49 pm and it's still not done... Can you come back later? Seriously 9 hours to get a $2.80 RX so I can leave on vacationin the morning. 
If they can't get caught up any better than that then something is seriously wrong. 

Mgmt you better review because this is unreasonable and poor customer service. With Walgreens across the street your going have to up your efforts to keep or gain new customers.
