Today was the final straw, after 15 years of continued patronage I will not be having anymore prescriptions filled or refilled at this or any other pharmacy as this is the only one partially convenient for me. I continued to go to this location because of loyalty and because of the way the pharmacy employees used to treat and act towards me. Now I find that scripts are rarely ready in the time frame given, they are always behind or backed up in the drive thru. Today was the third time I pulled up and rang the bell 3 times or more only to have someone make me repeat myself over and over because they don't understand English very well. That makes communicating with your pharmacist impossible. Further more she claimed she couldn't fill our scripts for my children because they were expired and there was a new law that made it illegal to fill this type of medicine after 14 days of being written unless the script said not to fill until or after a specific date. However, she didn't know what she was talking about according to another pharmacist at a different branch the new law concerns pain medicine not ADHD and behavior medicine. I just wanted to let you know that the new pharmacy crew at the Springfield, OH Rite Aid located at 401 W North St. lost your company a very loyal customer. I gladly transferred all of my family's prescriptions to a Kroger pharmacy immediately after the pharmacist at this store misinformed me or was incapable of doing her job AND when I said is there anyone here that understands English or that can explain this to me better she said no. I said well I am done with this pharmacy if I can't get answers or an explanation and she smiled and waved good bye to me. So good bye Rite Aid there are too many other pharmacies in town that want my business.
