I am completely appalled I am completely appalled who they call a manager at Rite Aid was so rude to me humiliated me in fact made me cry and then last in front of customers how do people like Amy half th I will never come back here again because of her. Ammy with 2 m,s does. Not deserve her job

All rite aid pharmacies say ONLINE they open at 8:00AM went to 4 different rite aids and ALL OF THEM don't open until 9:00AM. They need to fix their websites time or fix the stores time because I just wasted a hour when I should be at work. And wasted gas that I don't have. Such Bull spit. THANK YOU RITE AID FOR FALSE INFORMATION ONLINE.

I take several medications and the staff at Rite Aid Marysville Mall is always very good to me. I do however have a pretty large problem with one of my medications that I take every month. Every month I go online and request a refill through the pharmacy online site and sometimes I do so by phone. I would say that once every three months something happens to my prescription refill request and neither the pharmacy nor the doctor's office claim to have it! I am very good about giving my doctor the 3 days to get the medication refilled and I can't request a refill too early... or she will not approve the refill. So I wind up having to call the doctor's office to request the refill and check the status of the refill; when this happens. Also I call the pharmacy to confirm that the refill has been filled. This is frustrating if it happens once or twice. It is down-right ridiculous when it happens once every 3 months. AND it is always with the SAME medication. This has been going on for 1 year. Neither the pharmacy nor the doctor's office seem to know (or will not tell me) where the disconnect lies. If I did not have to hassle with this one med so much I would have left a better review. This last time I was actually in a doctor appointment last month. My doctor told me that she was faxing the pharmacy with an "okay to fill on this date next month". I got nervous about that and called the day before the refill was to be ready (today). What do you think happened? Neither the pharmacy nor the doctor's office have any record of the doctor's okay for my refill this month. Nice...
