I have had nothing but terrible experiences here, even though I've had great experiences at other Rite Aids. Here they never get my prescription right and they make me wait forever (I came here 4 days in a row once and they couldn't figure out what I needed). The first time I went they'd never even heard of my medication and couldn't figure out what it was. Everyone is rude and condescending and somehow they managed to write my prescription wrong so they had to contact my doctor multiple times. Then they couldn't figure out my insurance or my coupon. One person who works there barely speaks and another is very snarky. No one knows what they're talking about. I went to the CVS a few blocks away and they called over and got the copy of my prescription from this Rite Aid. CVS knew what my medicine was and how to handle my documents. Don't bother with this Rite Aid team; they're totally incompetent.
