If I could give this place a zero I would. I went there today after being discharged from the hospital to fill my prescriptions. I dropped them off and the lady asked me when I needed them. I told her asap. She said give them a half an hour. She took down my number and I left. When I returned (about 45 minutes later) they were closing up. I ran into them on their way out and asked them why didn't they call me (I was not aware of them closing at 6...I got there at 6:05). A lady named Shelly was very rude and basically told me I took too long and I would have to come back tomorrow. She continued to talk to me like I was incompetent and when I told her she was being unprofessional she replied "well you started it". Her other coworkers kept apologizing for her behavior. She eventually went back and got my medicine but not before telling me that I should be grateful because she was going to get it for me. I will never go to this rite aid again.
