The location of this Rite Aid is fabulous! Some of the staff are friendly but today was not a good visit! I asked one of the staff members a simple questions and she was so rude! All I asked was if they happen to have a product that covers up tattoos and she looked at me over her glasses and said, "no, that's stupid".  I said here let me find it on my phone and maybe you have seen it before.  She said, "no I have not and again that is stupid".  So, I will not be going back as this staff member left a bad taste in my mouth.

New pharmacist here is amazing! I've been going to this pharmacy for a few years now and hated it with the exception of one female tech who is always so nice! The new pharmacist here is personable, has patience and very knowledgable! I hope he never leaves and can only hope to have a good consistent experience here from now on. I have never had this type of experience and other pharmacists can learn a lot from him. Human kindness goes a long way!

Worse Pharmacy! Prescription never ready, when they tell you it’s ready. Most of the pharmacy staff is rude!

Pharmacy did not start working on my order until I got there. Said they had to verify my insurance. Why would that prevent you from having my order ready, are they assuming their customers are deadbeats?They could have called me to do that and then they could have also told me that they didn't have one of the prescriptions I needed so I didn't find out at the end of the day when my daughter needed the medicine to sleep. Thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my evening.
