They came to my home today and absolutely destroyed my garden. Stomped all over my garlic patch, Completely ruined my green bean plants, destroyed my arugula and cilantro plants and more. My garden is in a contained area and looks very much like a garden with single file rows of crops. So it was not on accident. There was a very clear path to the area where they needed to work but instead they choose to walk directly on my plants. Some of my flowers were three feet tall and they are snapped in half and some are on the other side of the garden which means they either kicked them or purposely threw them about. Again, there was plenty of room to walk around the garden. Some plants are completely missing and some are smashed into the ground. Months of my hard work destroyed because of their careless behavior.  Do not trust this company if you have anything in your yard that you care about. Do not allow this company to do any work unsupervised.  They were rude to my fience and ruined my garden.  Never mess with another man's garden. Very unprofessional and totally uncalled for. I'd give them negative stars if I could. I will never allow this company near my home again and I will be spreading awareness to everyone I know about this unacceptable behavior so that It won't happen to anyone I know.

My husband and I have hired Rite Way Electric several times.  They have always done a good job,  whether it be replacing 100% of our switches and receptacles,  installing can lighting and replacement of our electrical panel . We've always been happy with the results. Kudos to all the crews.

Highly recommend. Rite ways technician was very helpful in finding and resolving my electrical needs. I had them replaced light fixtures and troubleshooting a problem with a flickering light. Very friendly and cleaned up the mess after themselves. Give them a call for sure!

I was trying to merge into a lane and there was one opening so I tried to get in. License plate 925 HUY would slow down so I sped up to get in front and he did the whole slow down speed up deal a few times blocking me from getting in. At one point he was hitting 80mph preventing me to get in. Like why? Why put my life and other people's lives at risk and preventing me from merging safely? I finally got in behind him and he sped up to 80 mph again on 55mph road... In a company truck.... really professional company. Don't seem like they practice safety on the road.

The guys who came were very nice and did the work. I am disappointed by the damage left to my wall. In the contract it does say they are not responsible for an Sheetrock damage. After paying 3k+ for the job I didn’t think the Sheetrock damage would happen. When I was told this happened they said it happens at all places they put in a new electrical panel. If this is the case I think it should’ve been mentioned. Not only did I just drop thousands of dollars for the work today but now I need to hire someone else to come out and fix my Sheetrock. Make sure you read the contract word for word and know that your wall will be damaged. Prepare for that expense as well.

Absolutely disgraceful behavior. Cole came to replace 2 outlets. One outside and one inside. Fixed them, then the outdoor one failed and he had to come back out. He came out, called me to tell me he DID NOT fix it and that he’s not sure what’s wrong. Mind you they said we had a warranty for one year if the outlet fails. So no refund. I come home, our whole wall did not work because he wired things wrong. Had an attitude with me but was nice to my husband. Came back out, said he “misdiagnosed” and it was something completely different. All we needed was a new GFCI outlet. All of this hassle to be charged over $1,000 for coles mistakes. We should NOT be charged because of coles incompetence. Do not ever use rite way, they will scam you big time!!

The job was completed in a timely manner. Eli is professional and does a great job explaining the work to be done. I will use Rite Way for any future electrical needs.

I could not be more pleased  with the service from Riteway.  Electrician Cole,  was prompt, professional, well mannered, and ever so thorough. He explained how things work, what to look for in the future, took care of the problems.  Efficiency is top notch! I would not go anywhere else in the future. Riteway will definitely be recommended by me.

Absolutely incredible service!!!!! Response times; speed; accuracy and willingness to ensure all issues are fixed! Top notch company - nothing but incredible service and kindness from the electrician and the company itself.
