My daughter got her hair colored. Was given a colour stylist on the lowest ring of the tier, without any advisement. She did not flat iron my daughter's hair after coloring it, and did not colour it at all like she showed on the pictures she brought. When I expressed my displeasure to the stylist, she did nothing. Advised there was nothing she could do. We were made to walk out that door, upset, confused, angry and my daughter was traumatized. As this was the first time she ever got her hair colored. No follow up calls by a manager, nothing. I had to follow up that Monday, as they were closed Sunday, to voice my concerns, send pictures, then wait to hear back from someone. We were brought back in, over a week later, with the same stylist. There was No follow up, again, by management, to ensure we were satisfied.The whole experience was upsetting, and I'll not be frequenting this salon or recommend it to anyone. Poor customer service,to say the least.

I want to say this salon has the nicest people.  However I requested a color and I was told I would have to get bleached to get it.  Fine I got my hair bleached to come out with the exact same color I went in with.  I felt rushed because the stylist I was scheduled with I guess did not have time for me.  I was moved between her and another girl and then my blowout experience was painful.  I left with color stains on my hairline, ears, and neck, and a blow out that I could have done better myself.  While the people were nice and the environment great that is not what I went there for.  I came out looking like I did when I went in.

Wonderful people and  relaxing atmosphere. I have always been happy with all the services I have had there. They make you feel like family.

Every experience I have had at Rituals has been memorable and enjoyable! Everyone that works in the salon ensures you are taken care of from the moment you walk in.

Judy is amazing! she listens, pays attention and makes sure i am happy with my hair before i leave. very professional place and everyone there is very helpful and nice.
