Exceptionally great service!  My husband had accidentally cut an underground power wire from my home to my water well leaving us with no water.  I called Ritz at 9 am and they told me they would have someone to me by 10 am.  At 9:25 the door bell rings and it was a man I believe may have been the owner who said the foreman who was originally meant to come was going to take longer than expected so he came out instead to fix the problem himself.  From the initial phone call to the time he left I had very friendly and efficient service.  I will use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.
