Situated one half block from the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in the Downtown Historic District, The Ritz Theater has been a cherished provider of art and entertainment since it was founded in 1928. The current owners have been in operation since 1986 and The Ritz Theater continues being a local favorite for people of all ages.

The place is old, but has character.  I can appreciate that. Not the fanciest of places,  has what you need to enjoy a movie night out.   Accepts only cash.   The heater makes a distracting noise and the lights don't turn off until well into the movie.   Oh, and the roof was falling off during the movie.

Parked here during Harvestfest. Nice local theater for newly released movies. Not over the top prices for shows and good candy selection.

Started early then cut off just to be over 10 mins. late starting the movie. 

Now they have sound playing but no image. Seems kids run this place.

Doesn't seem they know what they're doing.
