I wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely horrible and slow service. We sat for 15 minutes just waiting to be greeted and have our drink order taken. After almost an hour of being completely ignored, we finally received our food, which was lukewarm at best. Our server basically disappeared except to finally bring our food. This is one place we definitely won’t ever visit again.

Good food and friendly service. We had a walk-in group of 20. Everyone enjoyed their food. We tried fried green tomatoes, salads, grouper, and burgers. The only reason we didn't give 5-star is they cancelled the blue plate items (entire back page of the menu) for the day and it was midday (12:30 or 1p). Overall it was good! P.S. If you are having a group call in to make reservations.

My business associates and I were in town and chose River City Grill for our dinner destination. It was a nice location in downtown Eufaula and easy to find. However, the acoustics in their dinning room coupled by their lack of service made this restaurant a bad location if you had hoped to either talk to your friends for sake of voices varying across the dining room, or get a refill on your water in under twenty five minutes. The positive side was the food was very good and it was delivered in a timely manner.

My first visit and the food was awesome. The best Beef Tips and rice I have ever had. Our severe Kim was awesome the atmosphere was very upscale for the location.

Best restaurant, ever. Can't believe it is located right here in Eufaula, Alabama. And the service is amazing too! Will spend a lot of date nights here!
