We love this B&B.  We return every year.  It is beautiful, right on the river and is gorgeous whatever time if year you visit.  Anne and Steve are wonderful hosts and Anne is an amazing cook and breakfast is always delicious! We have never been disappointed.  We are actually on our way there right now for our annual stay.  I can't wait to get there!  A truly great place to stay...and one you should visit if you like B&Bs!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this gem of a B&B. Steve and Ann were wonderful hosts, and the trip wasn't complete without their golden retriever, Tessa! Breakfast is served each morning around 9, but Ann was happy to accommodate my golfing husband and his early tee times. She had breakfast ready for him to take along to the course the night before, which was so nice of her to do. Breakfast comes in two waves; first, you are served some sort of fruit dish with fresh baked pastries. Then, the warm entree arrives. During our stay, we had the best Belgium waffle I've ever had, Eggs Benedict, and an egg loaf with ham, cheese and mustard that was very unique, but delicious. We stayed in the Oneida River room, which is very ornate with a king-sized four-poster bed, and a two-person Jacuzzi tub. The B&B is immaculately clean, and they even provide soft robes for you in your room. My husband and I want to plan a trip back as soon as possible, plus we are recommending this place to anyone and everyone we know. The B&B is right off the river with a private dock and they even supply fishing poles (which made my hubby a happy camper). You should know it is located right off a busy highway, but that didn't bother us in the least. It was also no more than a 15 to 20-minute drive everywhere we went in Syracuse for the wedding we were attending. You won't be disappointed!!!

We had a great time. Delicious breakfast, hosts were hospitable and accommodating. Our stay was delightful. We went during winter!

My wife and I just recently married on April 16th 2016 spent three wonderful days of our honeymoon at the Rivers Edge Mansion Bed and Breakfast... the atmosphere was amazing, the rooms romantic and the views spectacular. Steve and Anne are both warm and friendly with many interesting story's. we felt like family in a home away from home and will definitely be back for our one year anniversary. Cheers to the best bed and breakfast around....

You will be amazed with this place. Everyting is done with Love! Every little thing from robes, candles to furniture placements. You will enjoy it! Breakfast is absolutely amazing. Baked goodies and an amazing homemade Ommelette. Steve is a great person!
