We Love this place! We order from this store/deli all the time!!!!
 Its worth the ride! Especially when I have company in town, we have to feed. Food is always fresh , good and cheap! plus the staff is so friendly!
Only thing missing is Falafel sandwiches !!!!

I've had Po-Boys here several times, and the locals concur - they are FAR better than anything I've had downtown New Orleans and for considerably less money. Take the Ferry to Algiers for $2 (one-way - cool trip across the river), walk out the door and turn left. It's about a 10 minute walk on the levee. You will not be disappointed. Also, check out Congregation coffee shop (2 minute walk from ferry) or see Ralph on Opelousas St. for a Snow-Ball. Everything worth seeing in NOLA is NOT downtown.
