Don't tell anyone about this place. It's the jewel  of Arlington's Parks department. The trails are beautiful.  Go early to avoid the crowds.

My wife and I go walking here all the time. Highly recommended for young and/or novice hikers interested in serene, wooded trails. Just avoid the rowdy teenagers atop the "Stoner Peak" by that apartment complex!

This park is beautiful and full of life. There are lots of trails to walk or bike along. There are even some that lead to hiking trails. This is a great place for kids and adults alike.

Excellent for long walks. Pet friendly as long as kept on leashes. Great bike trails shared with running trails.

Such a great park with so much to do!  There's hiking trails, biking trails with paved and off-road paths, playscapes galore, plenty of fields for gaming and much more.  Our favorite is "after dark in the park" where they run the hayrides to the Science Center and put on a little Fall Festival of sorts.  Amazing park in a great location, stay up to date on their website to see what other fun things they have going on anytime of the year!
