To me the receptionists are very nice, when ever I come in they greet me and remember my name and I appreciate this. I only see one Dr and shes okay. My expirence with the majority of Dr's in Lansing is that they will talk over you and dont listen half the time or that they aren't uptown date with diagnosises and wont research to better help their clients. Not unique to river oak tho, this is everywhere so just be prepared.

This place is the poorest excuse for health care. They will do anything and everything possible to make your health worse than it already is. They never answer their phone, they hang up on you when and if they do answer the phone, they don't call in refills to the pharmacy when they say they will, they lie to you about conversations they say they had with the pharmacy. I WARN YOU ..... DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
