The lady in the phone kept cutting me off and and she wasn't very polite and talked with a bit of an attitude. Horrible customer service. I asked a question about wheelchair rentals and she read off of someone else's notes that she didn't understand. I had to repeat my self several times. Prices are good, customer service could use an overhaul.

Best pharmacy that I  have found in Oakdale. I love it here. Everyone is very nice and helpful

On Tuesday January 10 I was referred by Walgreens to this pharmacy because the pharmaceutical company for the medicine I need does not contract with Walgreens.  Jackie at River Oak told me to bring the rx and my past medicine bottles in so she can have the medicines transferred and the new rx filled.  When I arrived back at my office, my staff and I heard Jackie say on my answering machine speaker that she had given me the benefit of the doubt but could not fill my prescriptions because she said that I have been "doctor shopping".   I  am a 65 year old woman who only got  a prescription from my PCP and my oral surgeon.  How is that "doctor shopping"?   Fortunately Rite aid, CVS and Walgreens didn't agree and were more than happy to serve  me in a responsible and respectful manner.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in some time. As one of the few compounding pharmacies around, I'd expect after ordering of materials that they'd be able to do the job, but a month later while my wife suffers and the doctors call them, we just get the run around and excuses. Turns out there was a simple answer, yet it came from a 15 min conversation with another pharmacy.

This combined with another incident in which after an hour standing and waiting, they didn't have the antibiotic in stock for our child...which was apparently in their inventory system but that they couldn't be bothered to tell us that when they called.

Go elsewhere.
