I live in Longview and was pleased to see a new business come to town. Love the style and brand of clothes. I bought three items for Christmas gifts and one was too big. Went to exchange size for smaller one and they said no without a receipt. All tags were still on jacket but still would not exchange. This is terrible customer service and I will not be back. Now I have to sell this jacket as it is entirely too big to even wear.
