We stopped at this park on our way down to St Augustine and the guy was great! Check in is 1:30 but because it wasn't full he went ahead and let us go in a hour early. Helpful...it was a wonderful place so we decided to stop on the way back along with 2 other campers that were with us. So total of 3 rigs. We were going to arrive about 12:30 so I called ahead to make sure they had an opening and the lady told we could not come in before 1:30 or she would charge us for a half day. 😳 So we stopped and ate and got there at 1:25. We parked and then one of our friend showed up about 10 minutes later and they asked if they would park us beside of each other and they refused. Didn't understand that there was 6 open spots beside us the whole time. She were rude and complained the whole time she was checking them in. They started to leave but didn't cause we were there. The third couple actually got there before we did and the lady refused to look up their good Sam number (they didn't have their card) was so rude that they left and went to the next campground about 10 miles up.  After this I don't think any of us will ever stop there again. It's amazing how another person can effect your experience at a campground within a weeks time. Get the guy back!!!!

Was in a rush from Hurricane Irma. They came to meet us at the office after hours and helped direct us to the site then upgraded us to a different lot. They are friendly, helpful, considerate and the lots were nice. Definitely coming back when we have more time to explore Valdosta.

Terrible service in front office. Manager has a terrible attitude and personality. Possibly the most condescending and unfriendly person I have met in years. I am totally disgusted by the treatment I received from this lady at an otherwise nice place. I will never be back.

Cable did not work. Owner was very rude. She made me move my vehicle to the front as she followed me with her golf cart. Once I parked, she rudely told me it was her house and to move my vehicle beside the main highway. As I ride around park I seen several vehicles and campers setup on the grass. 0 hospitality from someone your paying to stay. Will never come back here!

Called to make a reservation for long term camping (2 months) and could not believe how horribly rude the lady was that answered the phone. She wanted me to come in to fill out an application so she could do a background check on me!
