Do not move here. This place is just horrible and the management team sucks and is incompetent. They do not know how to do their jobs. I have lived here for close to a year and it has been nothing but hell. They moved me and my family in a broken down apartment. The stove and microwave wasn’t working, several closet doors broke one fell on me and i has pregnant at the time. The bathroom is the worst thing of all. It looks like no one painted it in years. Maintenance takes their time fixing stuff. Something in my apartment breaks every week and they fix it it and it breaks again. The water is off every other week without notification. The apartments are super super small. The apartment we was shown looks nothing like the apartment we moved into. We were told we was going to get updated appliances and that was a lie. They don’t do a walk through with you so I have documented everything that was broken when we moved in. My front door is so wobbly it shakes every time someone slams their door. I have complained about that too they just say that i can add my own lock but its funny how everyone in my building has the same two locks and i only have that one raggedy lock. I don’t write bad reviews but for the price of these apartments it really suck that they do not take their job seriously. The only thing about the apartment is the location but if that’s what you are looking for then there are other apartments on Indian Head hwy. Ms Johnson needs to be retrained or let go. I hope they improve the management team or get them retrained. If they really take the time to read their reviews they ALL say the same thing so it’s not the residents it’s THEM.

Horrible and worse by day. Trash gets picked up whenever, not picked up 3 days in a row and office does nothing. Claim they do inspections and leave paperwork for items not damaged wtf. Management dropped the ball on this horrible office staff. Calling corporate and then the attorney general tomorrow to file complaint Too much money for lazy employees and an apartment where they have cut paint out years ago and still not fixed.

After reading that review from Emily and talking to people who actually live here. Im good ima find something else to stay and i will most definitely tell my friends and family and anyone i know trying to move here not to.

Honestly i wish i cud give them 0 stars instead of 1. This whole apartment complex needs to be sold and upgraded. Maintenance and management especially management needs to go. Watch out for Eetta in the leasing office she is rude and takes her time on things, she doesnt care. The water is off almost everday from 9am- 6pm its jus awful. They make you pay $35 extra on your rent for trash it's mandatory, its not optional, like i can take my own trash out y should i pay every month for somebody to take out my trash when i can do it myself. I just wish i never moved here I regret everything it was a waste of money and time. Im glad my lease is over im never going back NEVER.

im living here for 4 years , but today is Friday, sunday the gas is cut of, and today not come in, 2 days ago im walking to the office for ask when restore the service and the lady is very mad... every day water is cut off, costumer service is horrible, im look for better place...
