We went in early Sept and there was no water in the creek running by our campsite, likely due to the continuing drought. Fun to explore the creek bed, spacious campsites, non-potable water at each site, vault toilets. We were in a nice, secluded spot, but the folks across the creek were very loud even past 10PM. They did quiet down when asked, but then up loud again at 7am. Most campsites we have been to have quiet hours 9:30/10pm - 7:00/7:30 am. Considering lots of people camp with kids or go camping to get away and relax in the wilderness, it would be good if the quiet hours were posted and someone went around at 9:30 to remind folks to be courteous.  Another campsite nearby had their generator running all night long which was a little annoying as well.
