The staff has always been great to us and our animals. They have taken care of our dogs from puppy to adulthood. I highly recommend them. The staff is wonderful. Cindy, Jeff, Jennifer and Dr Roy have always been awesome, even with our most difficult animals.

I've never had a bad experience with the staff here and I've been a client with all my animals since they opened their doors in late 2005. I'm disappointed to see so many 1 star reviews just because the hospital isn't accepting anymore new clients - hmmmm HELLO, it's called being privately owned and who wants to be a workaholic?!. The vet is very personable and compassionate, even after breaking his foot, he still cried with me when we lost our dog suddenly this summer. I realize evereybody has bad days, but I also have a hard time believing some of these reviewers weren't nasty on the phone. 1. They don't have to have your business. 2. If you're rude on the phone, you're not going to receive ass kissing, because if you're bad on the phone, you're probably worse in person. 3. This can be a high stress environment, I'm grateful the staff can still laugh and joke around despite what they have to deal with on a daily basis. They have to see clients on the worst day of the patient's life. I couldn't do what they do and I tried. 4. As for the prices, I believe they're very fair. Shop round, especially to the corporate owned hospitals. But they still need to be able to keep the lights on and the place staffed. 5. If you haven't worked at a job that has face to face customer service, than your review is worth a single grain of salt. 6. As for the other veterinarian he's staffed at different times - well there must be a reason they are no longer there. 7. If you had a problem with the way you were treated, I know if you had told the owner, he would've handled it. Even writing a letter with your contact information. Dr Roy not only values his clients, but has built many friendships. If you felt wronged or mistreated, he would have addressed it or possibly explained (if it didn't compromise privacy for another client). I am forever grateful for their kindness, caring and understanding. Dr Roy's compassion is unmatched by any other veterinarian.

Just a single call and had a receptionist name Jeff blow me off and I was incredibly rude, saying he doesn't have any time to answer a question, instead of answering yes or no to the question of whether or not they are Level 2 certified. Just said he won't accept me as a client, and only said that after I asked about their certifications. Not a good way to build a business and make a good impression on the community. You're saving animal lives, not making burgers waiting for your lunch break.... act like it.

When called to make appointment explained how have had poor experience at vet's office so my dog is very scared. Jennifer was nice at front counter. Once in the waiting room to be seen could hear her tell Jeff " we need to hurry with this one, he is a real pain in the a@*!! Jeff was very kind and professional. After hearing Jennifer never returned! !
