Pretty crappy place to camp. Bugs are horrible and so are the permanent campers.

Worst management ever. He is an alcoholic and will say u owe rent when u don't. He tried to say I owed him 734$ then when I had the receipts that added up, he was stuck. He is very rude and disrespectful... Wish I could rate this zero stars.. He locks the bath house for no one to use.. Also, Needs an upgrade on the park. He seems very nice at first but I've lived here for a year and he's simply rude.. The owners need to come once in a while and check on their business...

Wonderful accommodating owner. Love the area so quiet and peaceful. They strive to please. Have no problem getting internet or tv. And if for some reason it isn't working, who cares we are camping.  The country side has great places to explore.

I love this place. Its got a great country setting and the manager is very helpful. Close to different stores and local convience stores and the springs. The manager has been very helpful to me an my husband on many occasions. Clean roomy bathrooms and showets.
