Top of the line of apartments. If someone doesn't like it, that means the rules are enforced so they probably had to go. Quiet, clean and decent. Managers and maintenance people are on top of things. Have been here 18 years and never had it so nice. Great paint job, dishwasher, shower, kitchen, bedrooms, windows, everything very very nice. Thank you for having such a beautiful place to live. I recommend to all my friends!

Community is very nice, everyone is friendly even the office staff and maintenance! When ever I have a problem they're always there to fix it fast usually the same day...They made their website really easy to use for non tech people like myself, I can pay my rent online and do maintenance request, how cool is that? I've been here for 6 months and I think I will be staying for another 6 because it's so nice! Oh and to the last review, they've painted a few areas looks like they're trying to tackle a section at a time. Anyway hope this helps other renters..

I moved in about four months ago. Apartment was very clean when I moved in to it. Trying to keep it that way but I work a lot and you know how that goes..

Anyways the manager is very helpful and honest. The maintenance guy is quick to respond when I submit work orders on the website. I work odd hours and this is the FIRST PLACE EVER that I have lived that has online access to pay rent or make request for work to be done. 

Rent being charged is decent to the surrounding area, rules are straight forward and seemed to be enforced, quiet area, lots of places to park, only one laundry room though.

Edit 9/16/15 - Still living at the community and no plans on leaving. With such exceptional management and maintenance I renewed my lease for another 6 months! Keep it up guys!

I moved in about 7 months ago and don't have a desire to leave.

The staff is very friendly and productive. When ever i have a maintenance problem they usually come if not the same then the following day.

The complex is older and could you some fresh paint on the extior but everything is else nice, markins in the parking lot are clear, signs and office are clean with nice flowers.

Inside my apartment i have a dishwasher, garbadge disposal, fridge/freezer, and a self cleaning oven/stove. It has a really nice white paint, i was so used to having that ugly mustard yellow that all other apartments have.

Hmm, what else??? Well its a nice place to raise my family, thats for sure!
