I have a monthly parking spot here, it's a very convenient location but a lot of the parking spots are odd-sized, either super shallow (right word? You can barely pull in) or with random obstacles. Easily the worst thing though is having to deal with the company for anything like changing a credit card number to canceling your account, because they do everything by paper and through mail or fax, or in person, so it's incredibly inconvenient.

Avoid parking here at all costs. Any parking lot owned by Little Man Parking in NY/NJ should be boycotted like Cuba after the Cold War. They are absolutely, 100% despicable with not one single ounce of appropriate customer service. Don't expect them to hold themselves accountable when it comes to you pointing out where they have been wrong. All they care about is taking your money.
