I love this place, it has cleaned up alot since new management. It's beautiful, green, right by the river, and people are very friendly. What more can you want! Dog friendly "leash law", temporary and permanent residents, nice bathrooms, free showers, clean laundry rooms, great hiking/fishing spots. FUN FOR THE FAMILY!!! 20 minutes to Fresno. 12/6/16

Pretty run-down place, lots of Moskitos, many residents. We as tourists who came down from Sequoia, didn`t like it very much. Pro: It was a cheap stay with our RV in July 2016.

Nice quiet place. A little rough around the edges, but has everything you need, shower, bathroom, laundry, playground, grills. Access to the river down a nice short path. Many permanent residents that are friendly with well behaved pets. Would definitely come back again.
