Our family owned restaurant offers small-town hospitality within a renovated historic home located just one block from the quaint downtown area of Glen Rose. Chef and owner, Milan Olejnik, Jr., puts thought and detail into each dish he prepares. With fresh meats and vegetables purchased weekly to house-made sauces and desserts, Milan presents a unique balance to satisfy your pallet and leave you inspired. Dine with us on the patio, main dining room, or make reservations to enjoy one of our private dining rooms upstairs. Delicious entrées. Ole country charm atmosphere. Amiable and attentive staff. Love this place. First, shout out to Chloe who was our awesome waitress. Even if the food or ambiance was 4 stars, she'd be the reason to push it up to 5. But, no worries, food, ambiance, and charm if this place is 5 stars. Second, food is delicious. Wife doesn't usually like catfish though decided to order it because there was no more salmon. She loved it. I had the pork chop. Yum!

Great idea for a date night with the wife. Did not know reservations were needed, but they didn't want us to leave so they found us a table. The food came out and tasted better than we were expecting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We for sure will be coming back again.

My wife and I recently attended a retreat nearby and stopped by this quaint restaurant. Make sure you make a reservation before stopping by. However, they gave us a seat on the patio. We ordered a 16oz ribeye dinner with a house salad and shared it. It was incredibly delicious! The steak and mashed potato was savory and the salad was fresh. The bread rolls were soft and tasty. Overall, the food was great, but it was expensive. Take this into consideration before stopping by.

Be sure to make a reservation. The wait can get long from what we saw while there. The food is really good and the owners are very hands on and attentive.
