Outstanding service in all respects.. courteous -- nice arrangement-- competitive  but would pay more .. price was not a decision maker.. will use again when the situation requires

I give 5 stars for River's Edge Floral customer care service and my final beautiful Valentine's Day arrangement from my children. My daughter called and asked about the flowers, and I assured her they were beautiful.  She wanted to know HOW beautiful... long story short, they weren't as beautiful as the price tag. I contacted River's Edge Floral. They totally understood and explained that the order came to them via Avas Flowers. Avas gives them exact instructions as how to construct the arrangement. River's Edge insisted on delivering another arrangement. I said it wasn't necessary as they were only following instructions and I would contact Avas.  I called Avas Flowers, explained what had happened, and they said they would get back to me. It never happened. I ended up with two beautiful flower arrangements, the second more beautiful than the first. Thank you River's Edge Floral.

IMPORTANT NOTE: My daughter said she Googled Sauk City florist and selected the first one she saw... Avas. For future reference, when I want flowers delivered in a town I don't, I will look down the list for a local number.

I needed a last minute flower for prom and they stayed after hours for me!!! Excellent customer service!

Did an online order... will not do it again. The flowers I ordered had a star by them saying they were one of their most popopular items.  The flowers turned out notbing like the picture  so I was very disappointed! Especially since it was on of their "most popular" items. The card didn't even have everything that I had asked to be written on it.  The card also had didn't even capitalize all the names on it.... not happy with the overall turn out of my order.

Have called them directly and tried online orders with inconsistent results.  Live plant I bought died within 2 weeks.  They replaced it, but that one didnt last long either.
