When I had to put my cat down, the staff were all so comforting and wonderful. They seemed to truly care about, not only my cat's comfort, but my own as well. They allowed me time to call my roommate so she could be there with him in his last moments. They also do a complimentary paw print that they send out. Obviously no one ever wants to deal with this, but the staff was very professional as well. I've had nothing but good experiences here and the way they took care of myself and my fur baby will stick in my head for a long time. Thank you, Riverside.

Dr. Degrave might be the best vet I've ever met. He's cost conscious for the sake of his clients, is knowledgeable, personable and I trust him with all of my pets. He never pushes things for the sake of a buck. I started going to him to have my cat neutered with a special sedation because of a heart defect that made it dangerous for IV sedation. They were open to helping us. After that we brought our other cat in to have a growth removed. He said if the growth looked concerning he would send it to pathology to check it out. It would cost an additional $100. Once he was in he realized he was dealing with a benign lipoma and knew It wasn't necessary to send it, saving us that money. I've been a loyal customer since.

Amazing staff that is in the business for the right reasons!! I drive an hour to go here and they are very accommodating of issues in between visits. Always going above and beyond!! Thank you!!

Great place to take your beloved pets. I have going here almost from the time they opened. they have some great Dr's and are very caring.
