If it was possible to give negative 5 stars I would. There is no communication, do not keep records, completely​ unprofessional and unable to help anyone in a mental crisis.

The staff at Riverside Mental Health called my house and when my adopted mom answered the phone, they said they wanted to speak to my biological mom. When asked what it was regarding, they said it was a matter of patient confidentiality. When I talked to them, they told me my mom would have to find a way to get there, because she had defecated in the car and was not allowed to use transportation to and from her mental health appointment anymore. My mom is disabled and these people have no compassion at all. "Rules are rules."

I've been seeking treatment from these folks for about three years now, and I've gotten no where! Don't feel no different from the first day i started asking for help! SAD! can never be seen on time, or the provider is not in, they have no care or concern for you or your time. The best thing to me that was there, left a while ago, she was the only person, who acted as if she cared. It's SAD when you acknowledge you need help, ask for it, and still can't get it! What do you have to do???
