Your Palm Desert Office needs to speed up their preparation of accident reports. Way too slow. 10-15 business days is extraordinarily a long period of time to get info for an insurance settlement and car repair.

Have you waiting all day.  While waiting to file a report, I can smell fingernail polish.  Been here over an hour bcuz waiting for a officer to show up in the field usual takes all day.   They trying to discourage us from filling?  They want us to get so upset that they rather 'hog-tie" you, throw you in a cell, and make another buck than use our tax money for respectable services!   No wonder there's a "them and us" mentality.

I paid for 2 sets of fingerprints (ink) here, I got 2 just in case, hoping at least one would be readable for my FBI criminal history check. Just found out that neither of them were. Maybe it is my fingers, but I don't know. Now I need to redo everything, and pay a bunch more money... and I will not be taking a chance by doing the fingerprinting here again.
