From what they were like ..a lot has been put into the homes to make them feel like homes and not trailers ..I would buy one there mow new owner is trying to take care of problems and complaints..his mom works the office now and is very pleasant to talk to..

Management is not concerned for saftey of residents.  Witnessed many code violations while visiting thete. Maintence staffnot properly licensed for the work they do so repairs are not completed to code. Dangerous living conditions.
